Executive Director
Matinde Evans is the Executive Director of Code Super Powers Foundation (CSP), where he leads the organization’s vision to expand access to culturally responsive STEM and AI education for learners of all ages. A strategic leader, creative director, and operational architect, Matinde drives CSP’s mission by building innovative programs, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring that students gain real-world skills that prepare them for the future of work.
Under Matinde’s leadership, CSP has expanded its offerings to include AI literacy training, workforce development pathways, and hands-on makerspace experiences that empower youth and adults to become creators—not just consumers—of technology. He oversees program strategy, operational management, and the development of creative campaigns that amplify CSP’s impact across schools, families, and community organizations.
Matinde is known for his systems thinking, his commitment to fairness and transparency, and his ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging learning experiences. He works closely with educators, partners, and emerging talent to create opportunities that blend technical skill-building with creativity, confidence, and career readiness.

Ngulefeh Fuanyi
STEM Partnership Lead
Ngulefeh Fuanyi is a STEM Partnership Coordinator and Instructor at Code Super Powers, where he leads initiatives that promote innovation, digital literacy, and hands-on learning for students. He is advancing his expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Bowie State University, building on a strong academic foundation in Data Science and Management.
Ngulefeh brings a distinctive blend of technical skill and strategic insight, holding both a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and a CompTIA A+ certification. His programming proficiency spans Java, Python, SQL, and R, complemented by experience in auditing, project coordination, and systems development. His current research explores leveraging Machine Learning in signal processing to analyze textual and physiological data on emotions for disease prediction. He previously researched leveraging large language models for UAV operations to enhance situational awareness and has developed practical tools, including a Java-based ticketing system.
Deeply committed to community impact, Ngulefeh has organized educational workshops, led volunteer initiatives, and contributed to wildlife conservation efforts. His work reflects a holistic approach to technology, leadership, and service—bridging technical innovation with real-world application and social responsibility.
